HomeHelpIndia Pricing Policy

1. Employer Pricing (Hiring Charges)

HomeHelpIndia charges a 20% commission on the worker’s first-month salary upon successful hiring.

Hiring Process & Payment Structure:

• Employers must pay an advance payment equal to 50% of the worker’s first-month salary upon confirmation.

• The remaining 50% (including HomeHelpIndia’s 20% commission) is payable once the worker joins.

• Employers must also provide the worker with an advance travel allowance (train/bus ticket), which can be deducted from their second-month salary.

2. Worker Registration & Service Fees

• Free Registration: Workers can register for free and upload their profiles.

• Verification Fees: ₹199 (one-time) for identity verification and background check.

• Premium Listing (Optional): ₹499/month for priority visibility to top employers.

3. Subscription Plans for Employers (For Bulk Hiring)

For businesses, hotels, and large employers requiring multiple hires, we offer subscription plans:

4. Replacement & Refund Policy

• If a worker leaves within 7 days, one free replacement will be provided.

• If a worker leaves within 30 days, a 50% refund of the commission is applicable.

• No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

5. Featured Listings & Promotions for Workers

Workers can pay for featured listings to increase their chances of getting hired faster:

• Featured Profile: ₹999/month – Highlights the worker’s profile at the top of search results.

• Express Hiring Badge: ₹399 – Employers see these workers first.

6. Advertising & Partnerships

Businesses and agencies can advertise on HomeHelpIndia through banner ads, sponsored listings, and exclusive partnership programs. Pricing starts at ₹5,000/month.
