3. Platform's Role and Limitation of Liability
3.1. Platform as an Intermediary
HomeHelpIndia.com functions solely as an intermediary platform that connects workers with potential recruiters and employers. We do not employ workers directly nor are we involved in any agreements or contracts made between you and any recruiter or employer.
3.2. No Liability for Employment Relationships
We are not responsible for:

The terms of employment or contractual agreements between you and any recruiter or employer.

Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the employment relationship.

Any misconduct, negligence, or unlawful acts committed by either party during the course of employment.
3.3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeHelpIndia.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any employment relationships established through the Platform.
4. Compliance with Indian Laws
4.1. Data Protection
We are committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). Your consent for the collection and display of personal information is obtained in accordance with this Act. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; however, this may affect your visibility to potential recruiters on our Platform.
4.2. Employment Laws
As a Platform, we do not assume responsibility for compliance with employment laws applicable to the relationship between you and any recruiter or employer. It is the responsibility of the respective parties to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Hyderabad], India, for the resolution of any disputes.
6. Amendments

1. Introduction
Welcome to HomeHelpIndia.com ("we," "our," "us," or "Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you ("Recruiter," "Employer," or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before engaging with our Platform.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Intermediary Role
HomeHelpIndia.com operates as an online platform facilitating connections between recruiters and potential workers. We do not employ workers directly, nor do we participate in any employment agreements between recruiters and workers.
2.2. No Guarantee of Worker Performance
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about workers, we do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any worker. Recruiters are responsible for conducting their own assessments and due diligence.
3. Recruiter Responsibilities
3.1. Accurate Job Descriptions
Recruiters must provide clear, accurate, and lawful job descriptions. Misleading or deceptive postings are strictly prohibited.
3.2. Compliance with Laws
Recruiters are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and non-discrimination statutes.
3.3. Independent Verification
Recruiters are advised to conduct independent background checks and verify the credentials, experience, and references of potential workers. HomeHelpIndia.com does not conduct these verifications on behalf of recruiters.
3.4. Police Verification
Recruiters are required to perform police verification of workers as per legal requirements. This ensures the safety and security of all parties involved.
4. Platform Limitations and Disclaimers
4.1. No Employment Relationship
HomeHelpIndia.com is not an employer of any workers listed on the Platform. Any employment or contractual relationship formed between recruiters and workers is solely between those parties.
4.2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeHelpIndia.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

The performance or conduct of any worker.

Any disputes between recruiters and workers.

The termination of a worker's employment, whether voluntary or involuntary.
4.3. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to HomeHelpIndia.com for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes situations where a worker's performance is unsatisfactory, or if a worker is terminated or leaves the position.
5. Indemnification
Recruiters agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HomeHelpIndia.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to:

The recruitment, hiring, employment, or termination of any worker.

Any breach of these Terms by the recruiter.

Any violation of applicable laws or regulations by the recruiter.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6.2. Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Hyderabad], India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
7. Amendments
HomeHelpIndia.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Recruiters are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure compliance.
8. Termination
HomeHelpIndia.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a recruiter's access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms or any applicable laws.
